What can't we all just get along- Education Course

Bullies and Bullied need to be educated. We would like to design a class the will bring awareness of what bulling is and equip students tools to deal with both sides of this issue. The class would be required yearly to inform students K to 12th grade of current issues and how to treat others by the golden rule of kindness. Teach students how disagreeing on topics is an opinion that is ok to have but never a reason to bully someone different from themselves. Tools that will equip students on how to set boundaries for themselves when being pressured to bully others and the ones bullied skills and resources to respond appropriately Outreach programs available for students needing counsel to better issues at home or with personal issues they may be having. We believe school starts the moment a student steps outside of their home, therefore we would like to require more student aide to assist in supervision while on the bus and playground. Bus drivers have the responsibility to get students to and from school safely. Their eyes should be on the road, not looking back at students to make sure their behavior is in check.  Playgrounds should have safe equipment and as well as safe manners.
